Borges enamorado…

La dedicatoria de La cifra, bajo el título de “Inscripción”, es quizás una de las más bellas que se han escrito nunca. Cito sólo las últimas líneas:

“…Como todos los actos del universo, la dedicatoria de un libro es un acto mágico. También cabría definirla como el modo más grato y más sensible de pronunciar un nombre. Yo pronuncio ahora su nombre, María Kodama. Cuántas mañanas, cuántos mares, cuántos jardines del Oriente, cuánto Virgilio”.
